Warranty Information

In line with Britpart's industry-leading 24 month guarantee, if any part is found to be defective following an inspection by their quality team due to faulty materials or workmanship, then that part will be replaced free of charge.

For warranty claims, please contact your original point of purchase — that is us. Get in touch on 0800 033 4461 or support@defendersyndicate.com with your order details, the part concerned, and a description of the fault (photos help). We will then handle the claim with Britpart directly on your behalf. We respectfully ask that lines of communication are kept through us as your stockist only, so please don't contact Britpart directly — it will only slow your claim down.

Proof of purchase from us is required for every claim — your order number or invoice is ideal. The part may need to be returned for inspection by Britpart's quality team before a replacement is issued; we'll guide you through this when you get in touch.

The guarantee excludes reconditioned gearboxes and engines, and special-ordered (non-stocked) parts. It covers defects in materials and workmanship only — not wear in service, damage from incorrect fitting, misuse, competition use, or consequential damage from continued use after a fault appears. All claims are subject to Britpart's standard terms and conditions and our own terms and conditions.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Parts supplied under other brands — genuine Land Rover or other manufacturers — carry their own manufacturer warranties. Contact us and we'll handle those claims on your behalf in the same way.
